Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. - Ungefähre geografische Herkunft (Land, ggf. Region/Stadt) per lokaler GeoIP-Datenbank (DB-IP Lite bzw. MaxMind GeoLite2)
- Verweildauer und Scroll-Tiefe pro Seite
- UTM-Kampagnen-Parameter und Click-IDs aus Werbenetzen (sofern in der URL übermittelt)
- Anonymer Besucher-Identifier (sha256-HMAC aus anonymisiertem Subnetz, Browser-Familie und einem täglich rotierenden, geheimen Salt — nicht reversibel auf eine konkrete Person zurückführbar)
Speicherort und -dauer
Alle Daten werden ausschließlich in der Datenbank dieser Website verarbeitet — es findet keine Übermittlung an externe Dienste statt. Daten werden automatisch nach 365 Tagen gelöscht.
Rechtsgrundlage
Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an reichweitenstatistischer Auswertung) sowie § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TTDSG (Verarbeitung ist unbedingt erforderlich für die Bereitstellung des vom Nutzer angeforderten Dienstes — hier: Statistik-Erhebung ohne identifizierende Speicherung).
Browser-Signal „Do Not Track”
Browser, die das DNT-Signal senden, werden vollständig vom Tracking ausgeschlossen.
Widerspruchsrecht

Optionale Datenflüsse an Dritte (je nach Konfiguration)
- Google Search Console: Bei aktivierter GSC-Integration ruft das Plugin täglich anonymisierte Such-Performance-Daten Ihrer Website von Google ab (REST-API-Calls). Es werden keine Besucherdaten an Google übermittelt, lediglich Ihre Property-URL zur Authentifizierung.
- Alert-Webhooks: Bei aktivierten Anomalie-Alerts werden zusammengefasste Statistik-Werte (Site-Name, betroffene Metrik, Abweichung) an den konfigurierten Webhook-Provider (Slack, Discord, Telegram, generisch) gesendet. Keine Besucherdaten.
- Geo-IP-Datenbank-Updates: Das Plugin lädt monatlich die aktuelle GeoLite2-Datenbank von DB-IP bzw. MaxMind herunter. Es werden keine Besucherdaten an diese Anbieter übermittelt, nur die Datei wird abgerufen.
Admin-Logging
Aktionen von administrativen Nutzern dieses Plugins (Settings-Änderungen, Plugin-Aktivierung, Goal-/Funnel-/API-Token-Management) werden mit Zeitstempel, Benutzer-Login und IP-Adresse in einem Audit-Log gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Nachvollziehbarkeit administrativer Änderungen). Aufbewahrungsdauer: 90 Tage, anschließend automatische Löschung.
Anonyme Visitor-Properties (Custom Dimensions)
Sofern die Custom-Dimensions-Funktion aktiv genutzt wird, werden zusätzliche anonyme Eigenschaften pro Besucher gespeichert (z.B. reader_type=pro). Personenbezogene Daten sind in Dimensions-Werten technisch ausgeschlossen — das Plugin lehnt Werte ab die wie E-Mail-Adressen, IBANs, Telefonnummern oder Kreditkartennummern aussehen.
