We looked at loads of bird feeding stations and were usually very disappointed with the quality. This seems really good quality for the price, with an ingenious method of attaching the supplementary hooks without those horrible wing nuts that rust up so quickly on other models. Could perhaps do with being a tad taller, but overall very pleased with the product.

How does the feeder stand on the ground. Does it have a base that it attaches to or spikes that go into the ground?

Thank you for your query.
Please be advised the feeder must be placed into the ground to enable the product to stand and for birds to feed. To allow you to do this, the bottom of the feeder has spikes attached.
